Some of the best places in the world to stay are developing innovative solutions for providing top notch service while also reducing their own environmental footprints. Steve Pinetti, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Kimpton Hotels, joins Josh during the first segment of today’s show to discuss the green leadership role of Kimpton’s award-winning line of boutique hotels. Beth Ginsberg, Corporate Accountability Program Associate at Ceres, joins Josh at the bottom of the hour to discuss her organization’s Green Hotel Initiative (GHI) and its role in driving sustainability initiatives throughout the hotel industry.
