Environmental issues moved to the fore in 2006. New eco-friendly products, more designers, the proliferation of green high-rise apartments, and the advance of cleantech were just a few of the notable trends. We learned about green issues from sources like Vanity Fair and Elle and received our best education yet about global warming by going to the movie theatre to watch Al Gore. This week we take a look back at green developments in 2006 and set our sights on what to expect in 2007.
THIS WEEK’S GUESTS:
David Bergman - Founder of Fire & Water Lighting & Furniture, Principal of David Bergman Architect and Lecturer on sustainable design at Parsons School of Design.
Summer Rayne Oakes - Model and leading sustainable business consultant through her consulting company SRO.
